A feminine Powder Room-iconic glow up, in Loudonville

Iconic glow up

When my clients downsized it was to take care of a an ill parent. So at that time, design details were far from their minds. Then Deb proclaimed it’s her “last hurrah” and here we are!
We started with the fabulous wallpaper, Schumachers Iconic, “Pyne Hollyhock”. I literally pulled it out to show Deb and it was game on. Next up, change out the old knobs, followed by the installation of the fun, Regina Andrew wall sconces and a call to my carpenter to craft the bespoke wood frame I designed that now frames the mirror. The bespoke Roman shade in the same blue and white “Pyne Hollyhock” colorway, along with crisp white chintz, cafe curtains were the final installations. Layers were then added with a silk, ivory-rose-floral arrangement, that now filled Debs antique vase, and a small area rug, making this pretty space personal.
PS John, kept noticing changes along the way and actually said, "You know I would have said that mirror frame etc. was not necessary but I would have been wrong!"
